Wendy Adams

Wendy Ann Adams, 55, of Millbury, MA, went to the big baseball field up in the sky Tuesday night, unexpectedly, after battling a 2-year illness at home.

She was greeted by Her mother Donna Jamros, who we know is still asking her why she is so early - It’s not like her! She was also greeted by the one who she called her “unbiolgical son,” Ryan Anderson, her grandparents Raymond Leblanc, Walter & Irene Jamros, her sister Tina Jamros and many old friends and family, and we’re sure any Red Sox player from the past she could find.

Wendy is survived by her father Richard Jamros, her husband of 25 years Mark Adams, two daughters, Ashley Jamros and Madison Adams, her stepdaughter Jessica Adams and her granddaughter Natalie Renee J. Bonin. She also leaves her maternal grandmother Doris Leblanc, her sister Cheryl Jamros, and of course, her fur grandchildren, Pepper, Baxter and Chelsea, along with many extended family members and friends.

She graduated from Shrewsbury High school in 1985 and attended Friendly’s University for a short time until she found her true calling as a police dispatcher for Worcester police, Shrewsbury police and Clark university for about 28 years. She of course had side gigs during her life because she never stopped: UMass L&D Dept., Friendly's and the "Centrum" DCU Center. Wendy was friends with everyone. It didn't matter what group or walk of life you chose - she would walk with you, she would get into trouble with you, and then she would get you out of the same trouble you both created. She was a devoted mother, daughter, wife, Bachi and friend, an avid Red Sox fan, and had a great love for anything we could do as a family. We will miss her so much.
