Walter C. Roach

Walter C. Roach, 84, of Worcester, MA died April 14, 2022, after a period of declining health. Born in Hamilton, Bermuda to the late Annie (Gauld) and Cuthbert Roach, he was the loving husband of Lorry Magnuson. He leaves his three beloved children, John Roach, Karen Rucci, and Tanya Kelly.

Walter was a proud 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved riding his motorcycle and was a member of the Chapter 2 Red Knights motorcycle club.  He was also heavily involved with the U.S. Soccer Federation and was a member of the Boylston Masonic Lodge.  

A period of calling hours will be held Friday, April 29 from 5-7 PM at the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St, Worcester. Calling hours will conclude with a brief Masonic service and military honors, beginning at 6:30 PM.
