Virginia M. Kneeland

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Virginia M. Kneeland, 94, of Framingham, passed away Monday, December 1, 2025.

Virginia is survived by her beloved nephew, Timothy Dyer and his wife Lynne of Southbridge; their daughter Shannon; her adored niece, Peggy Maynard and her husband Andrew of Sutton. Sadly, in addition to her parents, Virginia was predeceased by her dear siblings, Charles Kneeland, Rita Kneeland, and Barbara Smith.

Born in Worcester on April 17, 1931, Virginia was the daughter of the late Frederick and Margaret (Callinan) Kneeland. Graduate of St. Stephen’s High School. Virginia obtained her bachelor’s degree in education from our Lady of Elm’s College and her master’s degree in science from WPI.

Virginia will be laid to rest on Friday, December 12, 2025, in St. John’s Cemetery, Worcester. Procession from the Mercadante Funeral Home & chapel will be for 11:00a.m.
