Virginia Ann Connors

Virginia A Connors 87 of Worcester died peacefully on Monday, June 13, 2022 at the Notre Dame Long Term Care of Worcester.  Born in Newton Ma, Virginia was the daughter of the late Joseph J and Edythe J. (McManus) Deffely, and wife of the late Mark Connors who died in 1993.  Virginia was a registered nurse in local nursing homes for many years and will be fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Virginia leaves her two sons, John Connors and Mark Connors and his wife Kristin, three daughters Catherine Craig and her husband Kevin, Maureen Sullivan and her husband Terry, Barbara Allen and her late husband Larry.  Virginia also leaves her siblings Paul Deffley and Kathleen Deffley, her beloved grandchildren, Sean Connors, Aiden Connors, Maggie Connors, Joanna Sullivan, Patrick Sullivan and his wife Kayla, John M Connors, Stephen Craig and his wife Trishia, Robert Sullivan and his wife Kristy, Karen Cavanaugh and her husband Jimmy, Shane Connors and his wife Samantha, Mary Soave and her husband Gio, and her 13 great grandchildren.  Virginia was predeceased by her beloved husband Mark J. Connors and her sisters, Claire Smith, Mary Elizabeth Sullivan, Marion Neville and Edythe Keaney

Funeral services for Virginia will be held on Thursday, June 16, at 10:30am at the Du Lac Chapel at Notre Dame, 555 Plantation St., Worcester, Ma 01605.  Calling hours will be from 9:30am to 10:30am.at the Du Lac Chapel Burial will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery, Natick.
