Vanessa Davila Pacheco, 40, of Worcester, passed away, after a brief illness, on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at Worcester Rehabilitation Center.
Vanessa is survived by her husband, Neemaia E. Pacheco; a daughter, Janeesa A. Garcia; two sons, Neemias Pacheco and Emanuel Pacheco, all of Worcester; her mother and step-father, Fredysvinda (Guzman) Gonzalez and her husband Johnny; her father and step-mother, Raymond A. Davilla and his wife Jacqueline, all of Worcester; three brothers, Joseph A. Davila in Florida, Raymond A. Davila of Fall River, and David Gomez of Worcester; four sisters, Jennifer Santiago in Florida, Angela M. Davila, Vianca N. Davilla, and Naomi A. Davilla, all of Worcester; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Vanessa was born in Worcester. She graduated from Worcester Vocational High School and graduated from Montachusett Technical School with a certificate in nursing.
Vanessa worked as an LPN at The Haven in Worcester as well as facilities in Florida, where she lived for a short time, before returning to Worcester. She enjoyed dancing, attending concerts, parties, and spending time with her family. She will be remembered as someone with a tremendous sense of humor and beautiful smile.
Calling Hours will be on Friday, February 17, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester, followed by a procession to Hope Cemetery for final committal services.
