Shirley A. Gorski

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Shirley Ann Gorski, 71, of Auburn, on Sunday, August 2, 2026, surrounded by loved ones.

Born in Chicago, IL on April 20, 1955, Shirley was the daughter of the late Ralph and Mabel (Fromm) Gorski. Shirley grew up in Chicago and moved to Sutton, MA with her sister and brother-in-law in 2002.

Shirley was an avid shopper and loved to go out. She enjoyed dining out, going to the movies, dancing, and traveling.

Shirley is survived by her beloved boyfriend of 23 years, Silvio Totaro; her loving siblings, Beverly Thill of Florida, Bonnie Filskow, Fran Gorski, Jan Kamberos, Sandy Gorski of Chicago, and Ralph Gorski of Florida; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Though Shirley is no longer with us, we will forever miss her, we will carry her with us in all that we do.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Shirley at a later date. The Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel are honored to assist the family with arrangements.
