Sandra M. Belair-St. Onge, 78, of Fort Myers, FL, passed away on November 1, 2024.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Lee St. Onge of Fort Myers, FL; her loving children, David Belair and his wife Carole of Oxford, Paul Belair and his wife Kate of Holden, and Kathleen Boddie and her husband Theodore of Fitchburg; her nine adored grandchildren; her nine dear great grandchildren; her cherished brothers, James H. Smith and his wife Chyma of Olympia, Washington, and J Thomas Smith and his wife Maria of Shrewsbury; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Sandra was predeceased by her daughter, Sandra (Mia) Belair and her grandson, Daryl Boddie.
Born on November 21, 1945, Sandra was the daughter of late James H. and May (Crimmins) Smith. She graduated from Quinsigamond Community College as a Registered Nurse. Sandra spent many years on the board of directors for the GBV Day Care Center and then retired from working for Mass General Hospital. She was an animal lover and enjoyed the outdoors from hiking with her dogs to walks by the ocean. After the passing of her daughter, Sandra stepped up and raised her grandson, Eric James Belair. Renowned for her warm and caring heart, Sandra loved nothing more than her family. Sandra was always there to help anyone who needed her.
Sandra was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
