Samir K. Sen Gupta

Samir K. Sen Gupta, 76, of Shrewsbury, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Saint Mary Healthcare in Worcester.

Samir is survived by his wife of forty-eight years, Suparna (Sen) Sen Gupta; a daughter, Sanchali Biswas and her husband Sourav; a grandson, Matthew Mabie; Matthew’s mother, Jennifer; and other relatives in Canada and India.  His son, Sudip K. Sen Gupta, predeceased him in 2013.  He was born in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, son of Paresh N. and Sneha M. (Majumder) Sen Gupta.

Calling Hours will be on Wednesday, July 6, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.  Cremation Service will be held privately.
