Piper-Lynn Rose Bouchard was taken way too soon on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Memorial Hospital.

Piper-Lynn was born on October 10, 2021 in Worcester. Piper-Lynn was a blessing even though her life was short, she will forever be loved beyond words.

Piper-Lynn leaves her parents Zachary R. Bouchard and Virginia E. “Ginny” Graichen; three brothers, Rylie Jay Daignault, Kayleb Love Daignault and Tristan Brett Daignault; a sister, Alair Marie Bouchard; her paternal grandparents, Albert and Holly (Tebo) Bouchard; her maternal grandmother, Sherri Bonin; her paternal great grandparents, Robert and Sandra (Ballard) Bouchard; three uncles, Adam Bouchard, Nicholas Bouchard and Alex Lawrence; two aunts, Allison Bouchard and Chelsey Anwar; two great aunts and a great uncle, Aimee Lynn (Bouchard) Davis and Edward Davis and Tina Shatos; two great uncles and an aunt, David Bouchard, Robert and Megan Bouchard; many cousins.  Piper-Lynn is predeceased by a brother, Levi Joshua Bouchard on September 30, 2020.

Services for Piper-Lynn are being held privately.  MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester is honored to be assisting the family with arrangements.
