Paul S. "Tuxy" Tula

Paul S. "Tuxy" Tula, 59, of Holyoke, formerly of Shrewsbury, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, in his home.

Paul is survived by his mother, Louise (Fresolo) Tula of Shrewsbury; two brothers, Richard Tula and his wife Tara of Worcester, and Robert Tula and his wife Marcia of Millbury; two sisters, Doreen DiPilato, and Carole Tula, both of Shrewsbury; nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncle, and cousins. He was predeceased by twin nieces, Lori Ann and Lisa Marie Sugarman. Paul was born in Worcester, son of the late, Paul P. Tula, and lived most of his life in Shrewsbury.

Paul worked as a fabricator and installer for J & R Sheetmetal Company, having previously worked in the EBS department at UMass Medical Center. He grew up as a member of Saint Anne’s Church. He enjoyed playing softball and golf and was a fan of New England sports teams.

Calling Hours will be on Friday, July 11, from 4 pm until his Funeral Service begins at 6 pm in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.
