He is survived by the love of his life Felicita (Torres) Cardone, with whom he shared 24 years of marriage and a total of 36 wonderful years; his six loving children- Paul Cardone IV and his wife Peggy, Julia Cardone Schlenkermann and her husband Iain, Sonia Maddox, Rebeca Jacob and her husband Adelson, David Mojica, Jr, and Luis Mojica; an honorary son Leandro Taveira; eleven cherished grandchildren- Anthony, Xavier, Pauly V, Alex, Jordan Gabriel, Mariah, Ruby, Charlotte, Makayla and Faith; his great grandchildren Rafael and Arianna; and his sister Rosemary Andiola.

In Paul’s free time, he absolutely loved to go to the beach- especially the Old Colony Beach in CT. He also enjoyed fishing and listening to Blues music. He was a history buff who loved to learn the ways of the past- particularly his Italian culture, which he was very proud of. Above all, Paul’s greatest passion in life was his family. Spending time with them meant the world to him. He shared a deep love for his parents, wife, children, grandchildren, and all extended family. He was a man with a big heart and lots of love to give. He will be immensely missed by all who knew him.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm at the funeral home. There is no burial.
