Patricia M. Otto

Patricia M. (Steele) Otto, 56, of Sutton, passed away in her home on Sunday, June 4, 2023, after living with Multiple Sclerosis for many years. She was predeceased by her husband, Timothy E. Otto in 1997.

Patricia is survived by her son, Christopher T. Otto; her mother, Marie (Rossi) Steele; her sister, Sharon M. and her husband Robert A. Magner; her partner of many years, Ronald Sampson; two nephews, Robert A. Magner, Jr. and Raymond A. Magner, all of Sutton.  She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Thomas K. Steele.  She graduated from Sutton Memorial High School and attended the University of Rhode Island.  Patricia later received a certificate in medical coding and billing from Anna Maria College.

Patricia worked as a medical secretary for many years at Grove Medical in Worcester.  She loved spending time with her son.  She loved reading and raising Tabby cats.

Her family would like to thank Dr. Dennis Murphy and his kind staff at Grove Medical for their many years of kindness.  They would also like to thank Open Sky Services, especially Patti and Ashley, along with her nurse from VNA, Shannon.

Calling Hours will be on Thursday, June 8, from 9 a.m. until her Funeral Service begins at 11 a.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.  Entombment in Notre Dame Mausoleum will be private.
