Michael P. Senior

Michael P. Senior, 69, of Worcester, passed away in the comfort of his home on Tuesday, February 22, 2022.

Michael is survived by his three children, Meghan M. Hooten and her husband Justin of Belchertown; Michael P. Senior of Worcester, and Keith J. Senior and his girlfriend Ariana Vuona of Shrewsbury; four grandchildren who love their Papa very much, Gabrielle LeCour, Ava Senior, Connor Hooten, and Avery Hooten; his girlfriend, Irene Dube of Worcester; two brothers, Thomas Senior of Eastham, and Joseph Senior of Spencer; and a sister, Joanne Therrian of Grafton; along with his former wife, Patricia M. (Brennan) Senior; and many nieces and nephews.  Michael was born in Worcester, son of the late, John C. and Rita (Pender) Senior, Jr. and has lived here all his life.

Michael graduated from Burncoat High School and attended Quinsigamond Community College; and served his nation proudly in the United States Army. Michael worked for many years for Shaw’s Supermarkets and retired as assistant store manager.  

Michael had a great sense of humor and his laughter was contagious. He loved baseball, golf, motorcycles, and fast cars. Michael spoke of fond childhood memories of surfing in Point Judith and his love of the ocean was lifelong. He was a private man, who loved his family and close friends dearly. 

Services will be held privately. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
