Melissa K. Hathaway

Melissa K. (Cotham) Hathaway passed away peacefully in the loving arms of her Hunny Mama Pamela Summit on Tuesday, April 25, 2023. She now watches over her children Contessa & Caiden Hathaway, who have lost their mother to metastatic breast cancer at the tender age of 33 years.

Born in Sacramento, Ca, Melissa moved to MA in 2019. As a Navy veteran, she became involved in the community as a certified Buti yoga instructor and a special needs teacher at Worcester Public Schools.

Melissa loved nature and the sea. On sunny days, one could find her hiking, fishing, or kayaking with her children and her sweet pup Daisy.

Melissa was warm, kind, and compassionate. She will be missed by all who knew her, including her aunties, dearest friends, students, and fellow yogis.
