Mary E. (Roach) Incutto, 93, of Worcester passed away peacefully Sunday, February 8, 2026, after a one-month period of declining health.
Mary is survived by her daughter Lori and her husband Tommie D. Simone of Worcester; four grandchildren whom she adored and who called her “Mimi”- Anthony P. Rinaldi of Miami, FL, Lucia K. Buduo and her fiancé CJ, Robert M. Buduo, Brianna A. Buduo and her boyfriend Austin, their mom Elizabeth Buduo all of Webster, MA, together with nieces and nephews.
Mary was predeceased by her husband of twenty-six years, Joseph T. Incutto in 2005 and her beloved son Robert A. Buduo in 2022. She was predeceased by all of her five siblings- Barbara Roach, Ursula Dudula, Arthur Roach, Jr., Gertrude Oliver and Pricilla Penkala.
Mary was born in Worcester of Irish descent on Vernon Hill, daughter of the late Arthur W. Roach and Gertrude (Horton) Roach and attended Worcester Public Schools.
Mary held many positions throughout her lifetime and had a strong work ethic right to the end. She had style and an eye for decorating. She was extremely independent and was not afraid to speak her mind. At 73 she became a widow and moved into her first apartment on Dillon Street, returning to her roots on Vernon Hill. At some point over the past 20 years, she became the “property manager” at Dillon Heights providing services to both residents and the owners of the building until January 1, 2026. A remarkable accomplishment at 93 years old. She looked out for everyone and helped out wherever she was able.
Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend who was generous and will be missed by all who knew her.
The family would like to thank the many kind people who cared for Mary- the doctors, nurses, aides, physical therapists, housekeeping and administrative staff at the St. Francis Home & Rehabilitation Center. Special thanks to nurses Nancy and Hannah at the desk at 2 North and SW Alisa who made her so comfortable and brought an abundance of peace to Lori during her short stay.
Per Mary’s wishes, there are no services. After cremation, burial will be at St. John’s Cemetery beside her husband and son at the convenience of the family. Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester is honored to assist the family with arrangements. Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she finally rest in peace.
