Linda S Hines

Linda S. (Vigliotti) Hines, 71, of Worcester, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at UMass Hospital in Worcester. She was predeceased by her husband, Michael Hines.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Kelly M. Blodgett (Michael Cordella); her companion, Ernest S. Desabre; a sister, Barbara Gow; three grandchildren, Jayden, Ava, and Evelyn; nieces and nephews, including Patrick Paldino. She was predeceased by her sister, Annette Paldino. Linda was born in Worcester, daughter of the late, Augustino and Clara (Capello) Vigliotti, and has lived here all her life.

Linda worked as an administrator for Executive Park Suites, managing rentals and building affairs, she had previously worked for over thirty years at the Small Business Service Bureau. She had been a member of Our Lady of Loreto Church and enjoyed participating in the Italian Festivals at Loreto and at the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel in the Shrewsbury Street neighborhood.

The greatest joy in her life came from her family, especially when spending time with her grandchildren, and preparing big Sunday dinners. She looked forward to summer trips to Old Orchard Beach, playing card games, and watching sports with her grandson. Her favorite teams were the Red Sox and Celtics.

Funeral Services will be held privately.
