Keyoung A. “Shana” Morales, 35, of Worcester, passed away on June 15, 2026, at UMass Hospital.

Shana is survived by her husband, Primivito Matos; 5 children, Shanaily Molina, Emilio Molina, Keyana Molina, Omariliz Morales, and Elizani Matos; her mother, Maritza Torres; two sisters, Yoliana Morales and Janellie Morales; three brothers, Pedro Morales, Eric Morales, and Geon Morales; many nieces and nephews. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Pedro Juan Morales, and lived for several years in Puerto Rico, where she graduated from La Escuela German Rieckehoff, later returning to Worcester.

Shana’s legacy of humor, perseverance, and learning will be carried forward by those who had the privilege of knowing her. Shana touched the hearts of many. She had a passion for dancing enjoying music, and being surrounded by her loved ones. Shana worked as a patient care assistant she found joy in helping others. She was the best Mother, daughter, Sister, and aunt she could possibly be. Shana will be missed immensely. Please join us to celebrate her eternal life.

Calling Hours will be on Saturday, June 20 from 3 p.m. to 6 pm and Sunday, June 21 from 3 pm to 6 pm in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Her Funeral Service will be on Monday, June 22, at 11 am in the funeral home before processing to Hope Cemetery.
