Karen L. (Prue) Domack, 74, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at home in Greenville, NC. She is survived by her beloved husband of 25 years Richard P. Domack. She also leaves her loving daughter Kristin Cioffi of Franklin, MA, a stepson Thomas Domack of Wakefield, RI, her brother Robert Prue of Virginia, three precious grandchildren, and a life-long, good friend Mary Fahey of Uxbridge, MA.

Karen was born in Boston on February 28, 1951, daughter of the late Robert and Nancy (Colby) Prue. She was an ultrasound technician for 15 years for many doctor’s offices in Massachusetts. Upon retirement, Karen and Richard moved to Greenville, North Carolina. Here they enjoyed going on camping trips together in their camper. She also enjoyed doing various crafts.

A period of calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026 from 9:00 am – 10:00 am at Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. A funeral service will follow at 10:00 am in the funeral home. She will then be laid to rest at Hope Cemetery, 119 Webster Street, Worcester.
