John W. Fuzz

John W. Fuzz, 76, of Worcester, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2022, at Blaire House in Worcester.

John is survived by his devoted wife of twenty-eight years, Maureen P. (Dallman) Fuzz; two sons, John W. Lewis of Worcester and Jireh J. Fuzz of West Warwick, RI; two daughters, Katonya Fuzz and Javelin Fuzz, both of Augusta, Georgia; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.  John was born in Suffolk, Virginia son of the late Eula Fuzz and Jack Gant.

John worked as machinist at Morgan Construction for fifteen years, before retiring in 1991.  He was a member of Belmont A.M.E. Zion Church, he enjoyed motorcycles, playing pool, geography, nature, exploring, and New England sports teams.  His greatest joy was his family. 

His family would like to thank all the kind people at the Blaire House for their care and support of John and his family.

Calling Hours will be held on Thursday, March 31, from 9:30 a.m. until a Funeral Service begins at 11 a.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.  Interment will follow at Hope Cemetery, Worcester.
