Jane M. (Tod) Ottaviano, 95, a longtime resident of Shrewsbury and South Dennis, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 in the comforts of her home with her family by her side.

Jane was born in Euclid Village, Ohio, one of seven children to the late Thomas and Jane (Kane) Tod who emigrated with the family from Scotland.  She grew up in Worcester where she was a graduate of David Hale Fanning Girls Trade School later moving to Shrewsbury where she has lived for the past 47 years.  Jane was a hairdresser for many years, later staying home to raise her five children.  She was a member of St. Mary of the Hills Church in Boylston and in her younger years, she was an avid bowler alongside her husband with West Boylston and Shrewsbury bowling leagues.

There was nothing more important to Jane than her family. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren cherished her.
