Heidi J. O'Brien

Heidi J. O’Brien, 37, of Worcester, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at UMass Hospital in Worcester. She was recently predeceased by her parents, Robert O’Brien on May 10 and Gabriele (Firmbach) O’Brien on June 20.

Heidi leaves the loves of her life, her three daughters, BobbieLee bottom and her fiancé Dylan Fuller of Holden, Gianna Degalis, and Sophia Degalis, both of Worcester; a granddaughter, Brielle Fuller; two sisters, Cassandra DiGiulio and her husband Michael of Worcester, and Megan O’Brien of Fitzwilliam, NH; her paternal grandmother Violet (Loader) Hurtubise and step-grandfather, Robert Hurtubise; nieces, nephews, and friends. Heidi was born in Ware, MA, and was raised in Worcester.

Heidi enjoyed crafting, nature, and animals. She was fiercely devoted to her children and was known to be a great dancer. Her personality was full of wit and fun and she could entertain anyone.

Calling Hours will be on Thursday, July 24, from 4 pm until 7 pm, with a Prayer Service in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.
