Harry R. Worley, owner of Harry’s Seamless Gutters, age 79, of Worcester, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026, while surrounded by his loving family at UMass Hospital in Worcester.

Harry is survived by his beloved wife of fifty-four years, Lucille E. (Ivanoski) Worley; their daughter, Melissa Worley Wentworth; their son, Richard Worley and his wife Joyce; son-in-law, Joel Wentworth, Sr; four grandchildren, Drew Worley, Ashley Wentworth, Alyssa Wentworth, and Joel Wentworth, Jr. and his fiancé Bianca Pinero; a brother, Thomas C. Worley and his wife Carol; a sister, Frances P. Sassano and her husband Victor; nieces and nephews. Harry was predeceased by his sister, Katherine D. Balletta. Born in Roanoke, Virginia, the son of Thomas J. and Frances M. (Landsdowne) Worley. He came to Worcester in 1970, where he met and married his best friend, Lucille, with whom he would share a life of love and family.

Harry was a hardworking, caring man who put passion into all he did and never stopped working. After many years of dedication to his craft, he opened Harry’s Seamless Gutters in 1993, a business that made him known throughout the area for his quality workmanship and strong work ethic.

He was known for his great sense of humor and had a special ability to make people laugh and bring a smile to those around him. He enjoyed conversations, sharing stories, and spending time with family. He faithfully attended Saint Stephen’s Church each weekend and was a member of Brown Square Civic Club and the Fraternal Order of Eagle’s.

Above all he was devoted to his beloved wife, Lucille. He found happiness in the simple things they shared together, whether driving her wherever she needed to go or to buy her something special. Their love was a constant source of joy in his life.

Harry's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He found joy in many things throughout his life, especially bowling, where he participated in leagues for many years. He loved history, sports, music, and never missed a chance to dance. His greatest joy, however, was his family. He adored his children and grandchildren and treasured every moment spent with them. Harry leaves behind a legacy of hard work, kindness, laughter, generosity and love, along with countless cherished memories.

Calling Hours will be on Sunday, June 7, from 3 pm until 6 pm in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. His Funeral will be on Monday, June 8, departing the funeral home at 11 am in procession to an 11:30 am Funeral Mass at Saint Stephen’s Church, 357 Grafton Street, Worcester. Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester.
