David E. Gregoire

David E. Gregoire, 60, of Oxford, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, February 26, 2020.

David is survived by his loving wife of thirty-three years, Linda L. (Toney) Gregoire; a daughter, Ashley M. Belisle and her husband John-Paul of Leicester; two sons, Matthew D. Gregoire and Timothy E. Gregoire, both of Oxford; three sisters, Jacqueline Malone of Dudley, Elaine Wronski of Sturbridge, and Debora Fitton of Parrish, FL. In addition, he leaves two grandsons, Elijah and Joshua Belisle and many nieces and nephews. David was born in Worcester, son of the late Edmond and Helen (Szydlowski) Gregoire. He graduated from Worcester South High School, later earning a bachelor’s degree from Nichols College. He lived in Worcester for most of his life before moving to Oxford twelve years ago.

David was a credit analyst with American Cycle Finance. He was a member of the Alhambra Council Knights of Columbus in Worcester.  He was an avid football fan, especially the New England Patriots. He enjoyed camping, ice and freshwater fishing and especially loved sitting by a campfire. David loved to vacation at Old Orchard Beach with family and friends.

Calling Hours will be on Monday, March 2, beginning at 4 p.m. and concluding with a Funeral Service at 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester, MA.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to American Heart Association.
