Constance G. Jollette

November 16, 1929 — March 21, 2022

Constance G. “Toot” (Marrino) Jollette, 92, of Worcester, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2022, at UMass Hospital.

“Connie” or “Toot”, as she was commonly known by family and friends, is survived by four children, Gloria “Jean” Beauchemin and her husband Paul of Worcester,  John Martunas, Jr. and his wife Joanne of Naples, FL, Richard Martunas and his wife Debra of Worcester, and Cheryl Martunas and her partner Eileen O’Connor of Fitchburg; six grandchildren, Nicholas Martunas and his fiancé Kim, Richard Martunas and his wife Jennifer, Jessica Burokas and  her husband Scott, Garrett Martunas, Alycia Williams, and Dillon Martunas and his wife Kristie; eleven great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.  She is also survived by a brother, Robert Marrino of Florida and a sister, Alberta Kowalczyk of Bristol, CT. Connie was predeceased by a brother, Albert Marrino, Jr.  Connie was born in Worcester, daughter of the late, Albert R. Sr. and Congetta (Lombardi) Marrino, and has lived here all her life.

Connie worked several jobs while she raised her four children on her own.  One of her favorite positions was as a receptionist at Romeo’s Salon in Shrewsbury.  Connie was a pianist and loved to play for family and friends.  She was an avid reader, cross word puzzle solver, and lover of classic movies.  Connie dedicated her life to caring for her family and was happiest entertaining, cooking, and spending summers in Maine with them.

Services for Connie will be held privately.

The family has entrusted Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel.
