Charlotte A. LaRochelle

Charlotte A. (Hamilton) LaRochelle, 75, lifelong resident of Millbury, passed away after a brief illness on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at UMass Medical Center.

Charlotte was born in Worcester, Ma., a daughter of the late Leslie and Adrienne (Meurgue) Hamilton. She grew up in Millbury where she was a graduate of Millbury High School and has lived all her life. Charlotte worked as a senior underwriter specialist for UNUM Insurance, formerly known as Paul Revere Insurance Company, for nearly 38 years, retiring in 2010. In her spare time, she enjoyed trips to the casino, playing cards and getting together with friends and neighbors.

Charlotte is survived by a daughter, Tanya Ventres and her partner John McGrath of Worcester; her stepson, Mark Comeau of Millbury; three grandchildren, Tanyon Ventres of Holden, Chase Comeau and Travis Comeau both of Millbury. She is predeceased by her longtime companion, Joseph Comeau and her sister, Amy Fredette.

Services for Charlotte will be held privately. MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester is honored to be assisting the family with arrangements.
