Brian Jeffrey Nault, 41, of San Diego, California, passed away on March 11, 2024. Born on June 27, 1982, he grew up in Charlton, Massachusetts. Brian was a beloved son, incredible brother, and amazing friend.
Brian proudly served his country in the Navy, enlisting in 2000 as an Electronics Technician. He honorably dedicated 6 years to the Navy, and advanced to the rank of Petty Officer Second Class (ET2) aboard the USS McFaul out of Norfolk VA.
After his military service, Brian moved back to Massachusetts and earned his Marketing degree at UMass Boston leading him to a successful career at HubSpot, working in both Cambridge, MA, and San Diego, CA. His charm, true grit and competitive nature allowed him to excel to such honors as President's Club numerous years in a row.
Brian always made it a point to come back to the East Coast to spend as much time with family and friends as possible. We will always cherish those visits around the holidays and for an unexpected Patriots or Red Sox game. He was an intensely passionate sports fan, especially for his hometown Boston teams. He loved watching or attending all things Boston sports but also enjoyed some San Diego Padres games from time to time. Back on the West Coast he enjoyed the beach life and beach activities like volleyball and spike ball with his friends, attending music festivals, biking down the boardwalk and living his life to the fullest.
Brian is survived by his family members, including his father David and stepmother Cally Nault, sister Kimberley Anderson and her daughter Jean Foraker, his brother Andrew and his wife Christina Nault and their daughter Bailey Vogt, his mother Pamela and stepfather Jason Fontaine. He also leaves his stepbrothers Sean, Justin & Brent Kenneway, stepsister Taryn Wenc, their significant others and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
