Beresford J. James, 60, of Worcester passed away after a battle with cancer on January 29, 2024. Born June 1, 1963, to Elbert and Hilder (Summerville) James in Hanover, Jamaica.
Beresford is survived by his loved wife of 10 years, Marcia Thomas; his loving children and stepchildren, Sheldon, Saneita, Santina, Suzie-Ann, Nashana, Shantae, and Malcolm; his adored grandchildren, Daniella, Adriana, Leona, Thamol, Elijah, Nylah, Brianna, and Jayden; his cherished siblings, Christopher, Erica, Ralston, and Merna; and many nieces and nephews.
A calling hour will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 10:00am to 11:00am with a Funeral Service starting at 11:00am at MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPLE, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Interment will immediately follow at Hope Cemetery, Worcester.
