Anthony A. Gosselin, 60 of Worcester, passed away in his home on Monday, July 28, 2025.
Anthony was born in Worcester, a son of the late Joseph R. Gosselin and Mary Rose (DiVerdi) Higgins. He lived in Worcester all his life where he graduated from Holy Name Central Catholic High School. Anthony worked as a postal worker for the United States Postal Service for many years and was planning on retiring within the next year. In his spare time, Anthony loved refurbishing guitars, a collector of many “things” and sports more specifically the Yankees, the Vikings and the Rangers. Most of all he loved his family and spending time with them, especially his nieces and nephews.
Anthony is survived by his two brothers, Joseph R. Gosselin and his wife Pina of Worcester and Michael J. Gosselin and his wife Candace Chase of Needham; his sister, Debra M. Maroney of Shrewsbury; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, friends and extended family.
Relatives and friends are invited to a period of calling hours on Monday, August 11, 2025 from 5-7 pm immediately followed by his funeral service at 7:00 pm in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester. Burial will be held privately at Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. Flowers are omitted.
