Angelica Hazel Padilla

It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beautiful daughter Angelica Hazel Padilla, 17, of Webster, on April 10th, 2025.

Angelica is survived and lovingly remembered by her father, Eriberto Padilla; her mother, Jessica Cepeda; her stepfather, Luis Cepeda; her brother, Eriberto Jr.; her sister, Yesenia; her stepbrother, Jayvian; and her grandfather, Steven Lizotte. Angelica also leaves behind a large circle of friends who were deeply impacted by her kindness and compassion. 

Born in Worcester on February 14, 2008, Angelica was a student at Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School, she was studying Health Technology with aspirations of becoming a travel nurse. Her dedication to helping others reflected her selfless and caring nature—qualities that defined her both in and out of the classroom.  

Angelica found joy in singing and dancing, with so much humor often filling rooms with her vibrant energy. She cherished time spent with her family and friends, creating memories that will be treasured by those closest to her. Her loving spirit touched many lives and left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her. 

Angelica will be missed more than words can say. While her physical presence may no longer grace us, may her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her, and continue to live on in all of her family and friends' hearts.

A period of calling hours will be held for Angelica on Friday, April 25, 2025, in the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester, from 5:00p.m. until her Funeral Service beginning at 7:00p.m. 

Any memorabilia or floral arrangements are welcome to be added by any of her friends as well as family in support of this celebration of Angelica’s beautiful life.
