Ruth Amoroso

DATELINE: Brookfield Ruth A. (Cuneo) Amoroso, 56 of Brookfield, formerly of Worcester passed away with her family by her side, Tuesday, January 19th 2010. Ruth was born September 4th 1953 in Boston Mass, a daughter of Louise (Proctor) Cuneo and the late Edmund L. Cuneo. She grew up in the Boston Area, lived for a time in Worcester before moving to Brookfield over 2 years ago. She is survived by her cherished husband Domenic Amoroso; a daughter, Nicole S. Pervier of Worcester; Her mother, Louise (Proctor) Cuneo of Situate; two adored grandchildren, Arianna Amoroso and Zackary Pervier; many nieces, nephews and friends. Ruth worked more than 35 years in the insurance field for such places as Paul Cantiani Insurance, Sullivan-Garrity and lastly Walter Henry Insurance before retiring ddue to illness. Ruth enjoyed traveling to many places, with her husband. She especially enjoyed cruising in the Caribbean. The Royal Caribbean line was her favorite cruise line. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family, Saturday January 23rd from 12 noon to 2 p.m. in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St Worcester. A service will be held at 2 p.m. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family in situate.
