Lucia Zayas, 86, of Worcester passed away peacefully Sunday, April 24, 2016 in Beaumont at University Campus in Worcester with her loving family at her side. Lucia’s funeral will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester with a Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 a.m. in Saint Joan of Arc Church, 570 Lincoln Street, Worcester.  Calling hours will be held on Thursday morning from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home prior to leaving for Church.
