Life Legacy
Clementine J. (Ricciardi) Etre, 93, of Worcester, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 in Knollwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Her husband Thomas A. Etre, Sr., pre-deceased her in 1987.
She is survived by a daughter, Phyllis Leonard and her husband Paul, with whom she lived and a son, Thomas A. Etre, Jr. and his wife Barbara of Marlborough; two sisters, Josephine Verdolino of Worcester and Theresa Jason in Rhode Island; three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers and a sister, Vito, Michael and Stephen DiPiro and Mary Proia. Clementine was born in Newark, New Jersey, daughter of Clement and Philomena (Rodriquenz) Ricciardi, and has lived in Worcester most of her life.
Clementine worked as a seamstress, in the making of space suits at David Clark Company for over thirty-five years, retiring in 1986. She was a member of Our Lady of Providence Church and enjoyed sewing and dress making.
Funeral Services are being held privately at the convenience of the family.
