Walter J Boucher

July 26, 1945 — June 15, 2018

Walter J Boucher, 72 of Worcester died June 15th at U-Mass hospital on the day of his 50th wedding anniversary with his loving wife Rose and his family at his side.  Besides his wife Rose (DelNegro) he leaves one son Mark and his wife Melissa of Auburn and one daughter Lisa Carrier of Worcester, a brother Frank and his wife Susan of Sterling, three grandchildren, Nicholas O’Brien, Jadon Kirkorian and Emmilyn Boucher. 
Walter was born in Worcester, son of Arthur X. and Marguerite E. (Moreau) and was a life long resident of the city. 
Walter graduated from Worcester Boy’s Trade and worked at various electrical supply companies in the city including the former Atlantic, Keystone and Graybar electrical supply companies. 
Walter had a love for sports cars attending the area car shows and races.  Spending time with his family and friends brought him great joy. 
Walter will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Some will say that Walter has left behind a place that cannot be filled, which is a high tribute to him, his good name, and the relationships he so loved.

Calling hours for Walter will be held on Tuesday June 19th from 5-7pm at the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME 370 Plantation St. Worcester followed by a prayer service at 7pm. Visit www.mercadantefuneral.com for an online video tribute and to leave a condolence note for the family.
