Robert A. Laudon

November 20, 1986 — August 14, 2018

Robert “Bobby” Laudon, 31 of West Boylston, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at home.

Bobby was born in Pittsfield, MA and grew up in the Grafton Hill neighborhood of Worcester where he attended North High School. Bobby shined in the kitchen. Aside from his natural born talent, he also graduated from the Salter School, with a certification in Culinary Arts. He went on to cook for several well-liked restaurants in the area, and eventually became a head chef in the Massachusetts Correctional System as a Corrections Officer. Bobby was an incredibly gifted dart player, starting out many years ago in the Worcester Dart League and winning many trophies. He quickly rose to become a “Super A”, and a real sharpshooter. Bobby found a lot of peace in his hobby for fishing. You wouldn’t have to try too hard to find pictures of him holding a fat Bass or two. Bobby was a Boy Scout, played baseball and softball, and was never seen without a Red Sox hat on and a fresh pair of Nikes. You also would never see Bobby without a smile on his face. His infectious laugh will never be forgotten. Bobby was funny, caring, easy going, and the little brother to everyone- but above all, Bobby loved his children. Gabe and Gracie, were his pride and joy, and it showed. They were the most important thing in his life.

Robert is survived by his wife, Christina M. (Holmes) Laudon; his son, Gabriel Thomas Laudon; his daughter, Gracie Lynn Laudon; his mother and step-father, Robin A. (Morrison) Laudon and Robert Pong; two brothers, Brian M. McKenna and his girlfriend, Gabrielle Chillemi and William J. Laudon, III and his wife Dena Laudon of North Brookfield; three nephews, Nevan McKenna, Ryland McKenna and George Laudon; a niece, Danica Laudon; his mother in-law, Tina Martin of Worcester; his maternal grandfather, George Pellerin of Worcester; his paternal grandparents, William J. and Pauline Laudon, Sr. of Lee, MA.  He is predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Joyce “Gummy” (Sjogren) Pellerin.
