Michael J. Buzulis, Jr.

Michael J. Buzulis, Jr., 72 of Millbury, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, October 7, 2018.
Michael was born in Worcester where he graduated in 1964 from Worcester Boys Trade & was a talented pattern maker by trade. He was the only child to the late Michael J. and Pauline M. (Denesha) Buzulis, Sr. Michael was the owner and general contractor of Mike B’s Painting alongside his son for 30 years before he retired. After retirement, Michael worked part time for Prime and Herb Chambers as a driver up until his passing.
Michael is survived his beloved wife of 49 years, Sheila Irene (Carey) Buzulis; his son, Todd M. Buzulis and his wife Laura of Worcester; his daughter, Sheila M. Buzulis and her significant other, John Sawyer; four grandchildren, Ryan Buzulis, Melissa Sawyer, Harrison Sawyer and Cassandra Bousquet; his sister-in-law, Cheryl Swift and her husband Gerald of North Smithfield, RI; his brother-in-law, Lawrence Carey of Onset; nieces and a nephew. He is predeceased by his mother-in-law, Irene Carey and his nephew, Scott Carey.
Services for Michael will be held on Monday, October 15, 2018 from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester with a Mass at 11:00 am in St. Joseph’s Church, 189 Oxford St., Auburn. Burial will follow in Cherry Valley Cemetery, Cherry Valley. A period of calling hours will be held on Sunday, October 14th from 3-6 pm in the funeral home.
