Javier Pagan Rivera

Javier Pagan Rivera, 22, of Worcester, passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, at Saint Vincent Hospital. 

Javier is survived by his parents, Carlos Pagan and Rosa Rivera; two brothers, Carlos Pagan, Jr., and Daniel Pagan; and his maternal grandmother, Agapita Hernandez, all of Worcester; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.  His brother, Alexander Pagan, predeceased him in September 2016, and his paternal grandfather, Pascual Rivera, predeceased him in March.  Javier was born in Worcester, and has lived here all his life.

He was a member of Saint Joan of Arc Church and loved to be with his family.  He enjoyed music, fishing, camping, and archery.  He will be lovingly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Calling Hours for Javier will be on Monday, June 11, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester.  His Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, June 12, at 10 a.m. in Saint Joan of Arc Church, 570 Lincoln Street, Worcester.  Interment will follow at Hope Cemetery, Worcester.
