Inez Mildred Zannotti, 92, of Auburn, passed away Tuesday. October 2, 2018 in CareOne at Millbury Senior living facility with her husband at her side of 64 years.
Born and raised in Auburn, MA on August 23, 1926, Inez was the daughter of the late John Helmer and Marie (Erickson) Jansson who were both from Sweden.
Inez was a member of the First Assembly of God Church where she enjoyed many groups and activities including making copies of the Sunday service for church shutins, and the Fifty -Niners Group. She was also an active participant in her husband’s prison ministry. She was a devoted wife and mother. Inez loved the Red Sox and Patriots. She loved playing with her grandpuppies. She will be remembered for her kind heart and gentle spirit.
Inez leaves her husband John of 64 years who also lives at CareOne in Millbury, her son Gary and wife Francine of Enfield, CT; her daughter Gail Suprenant and husband John of Worcester and her son Glem of Paxton; grandchildren, DanaRose Paradis and husband Gerrin, Justin Zannotti, Anthony Suprenant, Nicole Suprenant and John Suprenant, Jr. along with several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her 5 brothers Lennard, Einar, Fritz, Hilding and Walter (Stan) Jansson.
Her family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 from 4-7 p.m. at the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Her funeral be held at the funeral home at 10 a.m. on October 10, 2018. Burial will follow to Hope Cemetery.
